Working Conditions:
This is a field-based, mobile role. Zone Managers work independently from a home office with minimal direct supervision. The environment is dynamic and fast-changing, requiring adaptability and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Zone Manager at Ascent, you will meet with owners and executives of small and medium-sized businesses to understand where they are in their business lifecycle and identify the challenges preventing them from reaching their full potential.
Your primary goal is to help business owners profit through AI and prosper with intelligent technology.
You will introduce them to Ascent’s 1–3 day AI Business Analysis. During this engagement, the business owner will gain clarity on their current strengths and weaknesses and discover how to evolve their operations into a more efficient, AI-powered organization with clearly defined roles, processes, and scalable systems.
Through targeted, insightful questioning, you will uncover:
- The business owner’s unrealized goals and aspirations
- Specific operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Previous attempts to solve these challenges
You will then present Ascent’s suite of AI-powered professional services, including:
- AI strategy and implementation
- Intelligent automation and process optimization
- AI-driven analytics and decision support
- Custom AI solutions tailored to their industry
- Long-term AI roadmap planning for sustained competitive advantage
You will collaborate closely with Ascent’s Business Coordination team, which generates qualified leads from our extensive database and supports the opportunities you develop in the field.
