About Us
Located in the iconic Pacific Design Center, Très LA Bistro & Café blends elevated dining, craft cocktails, and genuine hospitality in the heart of West Hollywood.
As we continue to grow, we're expanding our evening programming with live music, DJs, themed events, and energetic nightlife experiences that transform the Bistro into one of WeHo's most exciting destinations after dark. We're looking for Bussers and Barbacks who thrive in a fast paced environment and take pride in supporting exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
As a Busser / Runner / Barback, you are a key part of the guest experience and the backbone of a successful service. You help keep the dining room, bar, and service areas running smoothly by anticipating needs, maintaining organization, and supporting both the front and back of house teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a high energy hospitality environment.
What You'll Do
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
- Support bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice
- Assist with food and beverage delivery as needed
- Clear and reset tables throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, bar, and service stations
- Keep bar and service areas fully stocked and operational during service
- Remove trash, replenish supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties
- Support servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant, bar, nightlife, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds throughout a shift
- California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Friday and Saturday night availability is required
