Job Summary
We are seeking for friendly and energetic employees who will welcome our clients that come in our facility. Be able to show their hospitality and big smiles while serving our guests. We strive for cleanliness, due diligence, hard work, and overall fun. Students and Part timers are wanted!
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using various POS systems such as Square.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments swiftly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment.
- Assist in food service and catering events such as parties, bachelors/bachelorettes, outings, and more!
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently balancing multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Working with Trackman simulation, preparing guests with an orientation, setting up simulation to help guest operate.
- Being able to answer any questions about the Trackman simulator or golf knowledge in general. (will be trained)
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Square Inc for order entry and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate billing procedures.
