Duties
- Conduct retail sales consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including property, casualty, health, and commercial coverage.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs and company standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing quotes, policy applications, renewals, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data, risk factors, and market trends to develop customized insurance solutions.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus).
- Stay informed about insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maintain high service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Qualifications
