AST Cleaning & Restoration – San Antonio, TX

AST Cleaning & Restoration is one of San Antonio’s growing restoration companies specializing in water, fire, mold, and reconstruction services. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and keeping projects on track from start to finish.
This is not just an administrative position. You will become the communication hub between our customers, project managers, technicians, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
What You’ll Do
· Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their restoration project.
· Communicate with insurance adjusters, agents, contractors, and customers.
· Open, organize, and maintain electronic job files.
· Track documentation, photos, moisture readings, invoices, estimates, and required paperwork.
· Schedule appointments and coordinate crews with project managers.
· Follow up on outstanding documents and customer concerns.
· Assist with billing, collections, and insurance claim documentation.
· Keep customers informed with regular project updates.
· Ensure every project file is complete and audit-ready.

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management.
· Experience with CRM or restoration software is a plus.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
