Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster (7 openings) — Richardson, TX

Overview:
Seeking experienced Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters to handle attorney-represented personal auto claims in a fast-paced environment. This role involves investigating coverage and liability, evaluating bodily injury claims, and negotiating settlements to ensure fair, prompt resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate coverage and liability on personal auto BI claims
- Evaluate medical bills/records and complete bodily injury evaluations
- Place outbound calls to progress claims forward
- Negotiate directly with attorneys on represented claims
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ensure compliance with policy contracts, state statutes, and regulations
Requirements:
- Guidewire experience required
- Strong background in personal auto insurance claims, including both unrepresented and attorney-represented injury claims
- Solid understanding of policy contracts, legal liability, and compliance regulations
- Active adjuster license(s); preference for TX, GA, SC, FL, or AZ (company writes business in AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MS, MO, NM, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI)
Openings:
- 5 positions — 2–4+ years handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims
- 2 positions — 5+ years with a strong casualty background, including UM/UIM claims and personal auto BI litigation experience
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
Experience:
- Attorney Repped BI claims handling: 3 years (Required)
