Golden Isles Realty has proudly served St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Jekyll Island, and Brunswick for decades. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring both homeowners and guests receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and vacation rental properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors.
- Being on call for rental emergencies, swapping that responsibility with the Assistant Property Manager weekly.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and housekeeping.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure homes meet company standards.
- Handle owner communications and provide outstanding customer service.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
- Help maximize owner satisfaction while protecting company standards.
Qualifications
- Property management, hospitality, or real estate experience preferred.
- Georgia Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
- Social media savvy and willingness to help us grow our online presence.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
