Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
Collaborate with other department managers to ensure that our facility is maintained to the highest standards
Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities
