Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution for current product vehicle support

CAN communication debugging, including SAE J1939 analysis, signal tracing, and network fault isolation

Wiring harness issues (HV & LV): routing, chafing, shielding, connector integrity, and circuit continuity
-
HV and LV junction boxes: failure modes, sealing, busbar integrity, and electrical distribution faults
-
Power electronics: inverters, DCDCs, and associated interface/debug challenges
-
EMI/EMC investigation and mitigation in vehicle environments
-
Electrical distribution system performance and robustness improvements
-
DFMEA support with a focus on real-world failure modes and corrective actions
Skills:
5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineer having experience in Commercial vehicle drive system and Lithium-ion battery systems and associated high-voltage architectures.

Strong track record of hands-on electrical troubleshooting in automotive or commercial vehicle systems

Deep understanding of wiring harness design, failure modes, and field diagnostics (HV and LV)

Experience with CAN tools, data logging, and network-level debugging

Familiarity with electrical architectures, power distribution, and system integration challenges

Working knowledge of control hardware, including:
- Sensors and actuators

Control modules and power electronics

Diagnostics, fault codes, and signal validation
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, or equivalent)

Ability to interpret and analyze data to validate hypotheses and confirm fixes

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguous or incomplete information
