Beltway Office Solutions is a document solutions company that leases, rents, sells, and services COPIER equipment throughout the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia regions. We’re looking for a SELF-MOTIVATED Field Service Copier Technician. Our applicant will only report to our Columbia, MD office a couple of times a week. We've been helping our clients get the most out of their office technology for over 20 years.
We're seeking a Copier Service Technician to install, perform routine maintenance, service, and support Konica Minolta copiers.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Maintain personal inventory and car stock
Copier and Printer repair experience preferred
Networking experience preferred
Willing to train
Perform modifications, updates, and firmware upgrades
PUNCTUAL, reliable, & attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills and quick resolution
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
