Batteries Plus is currently searching for Part-time customer-oriented individuals to join our Denver, NC location. Our Sales Associates provide knowledge and offer solutions through our 50,000+ types of battery and lighting products offered. Technical duties include replacing batteries, cell phone screens, and other components on smartphones and tablets, as well as key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes.

Qualifications for Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service:
- High school diploma/equivalent and prior work experience preferred.
- Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation.
- Demonstrate technical skill and have the ability to work with tools on small parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift 50+ lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for Sales Associates who enjoy working with people and solving problems. Customer service is our business, and we must exceed our customers' expectations. We do this by listening, asking questions, researching, and then offering a solution. A successful associate will identify and offer additional products that meet the needs of our customers. On a daily basis, you will be working with Smartphones, Batteries, Bulbs, and other products that need to be tested and repaired. Additional duties included: answering phones, completing reports, inventory control, and general store management.
