Job Overview
We are seeking a Concrete Foreman to join our growing construction team. MUST HAVE hands-on experience in concrete work and a solid understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete, grading, footing excavation including all aspects of concrete trade as well as collaborating with other team members to meet project deadlines. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and layout of concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete as per established guidelines and quality standards.
- Operate various tools and equipment related to concrete work, including but not limited to trowels, floats, and saws.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project schedules are met while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to understand project requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Assist in managing materials on-site and maintaining an organized workspace.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or concrete labor is preferred.
- Familar with construction management, a plus is familiar with software such as ProCore, and Bluebeam
- Understanding of project scheduling
- Supervising experience or management skills in a construction setting will be considered an asset.

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
