Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in a part-time (24 Hours a week). In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for assisting guests, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, reliable, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the facility in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain how Claw City works and assist guests with gameplay and services
- Provide hands-on customer assistance throughout the customer experience
- Accurately process customer transactions and check out customers
- Maintain a positive, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues when needed
- Support general cleanliness and organization of the customer area as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with excellent attention to detail required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
