Responsibilities:
- Responsible for guest service and sales in the gift shop.
Competencies:
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet all guests and assist with merchandise selection.
- Ring up gift shop sales on the register and handle all cash, credit, room charge, comp and coupon transactions as outlined by department policies.
- Help stock shelves including tagging merchandise.
- Maintain clean and orderly displays in gift shop.
- Assist with inventory control and "hard" inventories monthly.
- Communicate with supervisors, management and retail shop cast members on a daily basis
