What we are looking for:
- Experience: Background in carpentry, professional painting, or log home maintenance is a big plus, but we’ll train anyone with the right work ethic.
- Physical Ability: You’re comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding and don't mind putting in an honest day's work in various outdoor conditions.
- Availability: You are open to occasional out-of-town work as needed.
- Craftsmanship: You care about the details.
- Dependability: You’re a professional who shows up on time and ready to get after it.
General Duties:
- Understanding of processes used for log home restoration (media blasting, staining, chinking, etc)
- Operating basic equipment safely and effectively (paint sprayer, pressure washer, scaffolding, power tools, etc)
- Set up, move and take down ladders of various sizes
- Responsible for equipment maintenance and organization
Logistics: Meet at the office; transportation to job sites is provided.
The Pay & Perks:
- $32+ per hour (DOE).
- Paid Drive Time: We pay you for the time spent traveling from the office to the job site and back
