Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact for client service requests related to HVAC and Plumbing maintenance and repairs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, efficient, and professional service delivery by coordinating between our sales team, clients, and our field technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and prioritize incoming service requests from clients.
- Schedule and assign service and preventative maintenance work to technicians.
- Communicate effectively with clients and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
- Balance daily priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on service progress.
- Ensure that estimating teams complete work order recommendations on time.
- Review and approve proposals, manage HVAC materials procurement, negotiate pricing, and track orders to avoid delays.
- Verify job costs match estimates and ensure timely closing and billing.
Qualifications
- Strong geographical knowledge of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required; 5+ years of related trade experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
