Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate construction schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets meticulously, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost control measures.
- Coordinate construction activities by reviewing blueprints, construction plans, and specifications; ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation on-site.
- Oversee construction site operations to ensure safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained throughout all phases of the project.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize construction management software like ProCore or HeavyBid for documentation, progress tracking, change order processing, and reporting.
- Supervise project teams by assigning tasks effectively, monitoring performance, and providing leadership to meet project objectives efficiently.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards while maintaining quality control.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (or Primavera), Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other construction management software tools.
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and perform accurate construction estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA compliance), and contractual obligations including reading blueprints and contracts.
- Hands-on construction site experience with a focus on managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Effective leadership qualities with proven success in guiding multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and team members at all levels.

Pay: $99,893.85 - $104,173.24 per year
