Position Overview
Caring Hands In-Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing services in the home setting.
This client has a Department of Mental Health (DMH) authorization for 12 nursing hours per day, 7 days per week, creating opportunities for both full-time and part-time scheduling.
Client Care Needs
The nurse will provide skilled nursing care for a medically complex client requiring:
Monitoring of infusions, providing line care, and TPN management
Medication administration
Assessment and monitoring of overall health status
Routine repositioning and pressure injury prevention
Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
Infection prevention and monitoring
Documentation of nursing interventions and client status
Communication with physicians, caregivers, and agency staff
Qualifications
Active Missouri LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to work independently in a home environment
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Reliable transportation
Home care, infusion, central line, or TPN experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available
Day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts available
Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions
