REMOTE HR & Benefits Customer Support Representative Needed Now!!!
Pay: $$$$17.00hr
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST (final schedule provided before training ends)
REMOTE Location: Must reside in Nashville TN.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees
- Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Track, log, and follow up on all transactions and cases
- Notify Technical Analysts and Team Managers of recurring issues
- Apply and explain HR and benefits policies and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
- Stay flexible to support peak volume periods and attend all required training sessions
- Follow established procedures and work independently on routine tasks
- 6 months of call center and/or benefits experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Tech Requirements:
- Internet speed: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / Ping ≤ 175
- Must be hardwired to router (no Wi-Fi or 5G setups)
- Complete a speed test at Google Fiber Speed Test and submit a screenshot
- Participate in a visual workspace inspection prior to starting
