Job description
Korn Ferry is searching for a Team Lead, Reporting Center of Excellence. The Team Lead will lead the reporting function across North America RPO. They are responsible for working with key stakeholders to create and define effective reporting strategies. They ensure that accurate and insightful data underpins recruitment delivery decisions that drive success.
As Team Lead, you will supervise, assign work, give direction on assignments, and oversee career development for Reporting Analysts and Senior Reporting Analysts. You will lead the reporting function and team members to produce information, metrics, and recruitment performance insights that demonstrate the value of a Korn Ferry engagement. These efforts will advance the client’s strategic and tactical Talent Acquisition goals.
Accountabilities:
Lead a team of Reporting Analysts/Senior Reporting Analysts to ensure operational excellence
Proactively audit data, highlight any variances to the business, and help improve data quality
Help to continually improve data management, suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs
Interpret and analyze data to identify important trends, measure performance against goals, alert stakeholders to any issues and suggest areas for improvement to ensure goals are met
Develop and maintain ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Talent Link) and Korn Ferry’s internal data warehouse
Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI
Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
People leadership experience
5+ years of data reporting experience
5+ years of engaging and consulting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, Power BI or Tableau, and Excel
Capability to manipulate and visualize data in an understandable way
Analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Experience in using Power BI for reporting and data visualization highly preferred
Experience in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) setting or similar highly preferred
High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
