Results Learning is hiring a qualified elementary reading and/or math teacher to work with diverse groups of students and help close the educational gap. Successful candidates will build rapport with students, parents, and teachers and bring a genuine passion for helping learners reach their potential.
Results Learning partners with schools across the Denver Metro area to provide reading, math, and executive functioning services. This position supports a private religious school in the 80204 zip code. Our teachers work one-on-one or in small groups of four students or less during the school day.

Monday & Wednesday, 12:30–3:30 PM — days of the week are flexible (up to 8 hours/week)

Strong background in elementary literacy instruction

Must hold a valid Colorado Elementary Education Teaching License

Demonstrated proficiency in providing differentiated reading, math, and/or writing strategies for specific learners

Ability to provide executive functioning support to students

Effective communicator and collaborator with teachers and parents

Must have reliable transportation

Must be available October 12, 2026 through May 29, 2027; follows the school’s calendar (week of December 21 off)

2–3 years of classroom teaching experience preferred, but not required

Experience teaching English language learners preferred, but not required

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required

DIBELS benchmarking experience preferred

Orton-Gillingham (OG) trained or Science of Reading trained preferred

This flexible two-day-a-week schedule (12:30–3:30 PM, days negotiable) is a great fit for a licensed Colorado educator who wants to stay connected to students and the craft of teaching without a full-time commitment.
