As a Sales Team Member, hands-on training covers sales techniques, enrollment process management, and energy market education. The Sales Team Member will be visiting companies directly to personally analyze energy expenses, demonstrate Box Energy's value, and guide seamless enrollment from start to finish.
Core Functions of the Sales Team Member
- Talk to businesses, introduce enrollment programs, and answer sales questions.
- Walk customers through simple rate explanations that help them choose the best enrollment option.
- Capture customer details accurately to ensure clean enrollment submissions.
- Track enrollment progress and follow up when additional information is needed.
- Contribute to sales targets by identifying qualified customers and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Build rapport through clear communication and a supportive, customer‑first approach.
Education & Experience for the Sales Team Member
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in enrollment or sales is a plus.
- Ability to manage basic documentation, verify information, and maintain clean records.
- Willingness to learn sales skills that support enrollment conversations.
