Position Summary
Responsible for assisting campers and instructors with activities. Be responsible, punctual and assist instructor as needed with camper safety and behavior.
Essential Position Functions

Responsible for assisting with activities that correspond to the camp theme

Mentoring campers and teen volunteers

Assist with group and individual camper behavior and challenges

Assists with maintaining a proper classroom environment

Assists with light office work and other duties as assigned
Education Requirements and Technical Skills
-
Interest in biology, environmental science, marine science, outdoor education or elementary education

Camp experience
-
Customer service skills preferred
-
Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred

Lifeguarding certification preferred
