We are seeking a dependable, hands-on team member to assist with a variety of indoor and outdoor projects, including lawn care, residential construction, and home maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience operating lawn equipment and a general understanding of construction and handyman tasks. This role requires attention to detail, plan ahead and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Job duties includes but not limited to the following:
- Perform lawn care activities, including mowing and weed whacking
- Occasional planting, pruning, plantings and trimming hedges
- Operate hand/power tools
- Lead or assist with residential construction and home maintenance projects
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use equipment properly
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality work
Pay
- Hourly Salary ranges from $22-$26
- Paid weekly

Requirements:
- Applicants must have a valid NYS driver's license
- General: Demonstrate efficient & safe operation of zero turn mowers, weed trimmers, tools, equipment and vehicles
- Lawn: Demonstrate driving & backing up a truck with a 16' trailer
General
- Hours of operation: Monday through Friday
- Attendance: Must be able to start work at 7:30am, unless specifically noted
- Working hours range from 35 to 40 hour plus overtime
- Full and part time positions are available
- Keeps a safe work environment, wears all required protective gear and operates all equipment in a safe manner
- Maintains the equipment he/she uses & maintains a clean, safe and organized work site
- Shows a good work ethic

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
