Assistant General Manager
is responsible for
assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the store, including customer service, food/drink consistency, sales performance, enforcement of store policy, community involvement and execution of brand excellence.

Ability to master extensive product knowledge and understanding of our menu

Ability to balance supply and demand while facilitating back prep and placing stock orders
Qualifications: (ie. education, experience, license required etc.)

Management experience is required, preferably in the restaurant industry
