- at least 2 years of NY restaurant experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures our extraordinary Guest Service standards are maintained at all times.
- Serves exciting, innovative, and delicious food and beverages for guests per the established standards of service.
- Assures that sequence of service standards is met by greeting guests, running orders, directing guests to amenities and monitoring/meeting guest needs and requests.
- Maintains knowledge of menu cuisine, wine list, special items, etc. featured in the restaurant.
- Must maintain knowledge menu items and ingredients.
- Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, congenial, polite, professional and efficient attitude.
**Knowledge/familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus.

Pay: $10.70 per hour
