Warehouse Inventory AssociatePosition Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, handling large shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires lifting and moving boxes, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and assisting other warehouse team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Move, lift, and stack heavy boxes and products safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular counting and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Assist with shipping and dispatching outgoing orders.
- Support production by operating heat press equipment when needed.
- Help other warehouse team members during busy periods or as assigned.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products to management.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely move heavy boxes and warehouse materials.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
