Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Our kiosk locations are located at Barton Creek Mall-Austin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products and promote store specials.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
