Observer: A Sitter must monitor and observe/support the safety of children receiving supervision in the hospital setting.
Sitters may also be asked to monitor family visits as needed.
Observer Minimum Qualifications: An observer must meet the following minimum qualifications.
Age: at least 21 years of age.
Education: A high school diploma or GED
Experience: MUST HAVE TWENTY FOUR (24) months full time experience working in a social service agency (teaching, prison, alternative placement) serving families and children with diverse circumstances/disabilities. Health Services, child/adult rehab, behavioral technicians may apply.
You will have to complete trainings prior to hiring.
Background Check Required/ Fingerprinting -$12
Negative TB test within one year.

This is a On-Call position. Shift will be communicated Weekly as youth are in intake. Please do not apply if you are looking to work daily, as this is an as-needed support position.
Shifts may also be communicated the same day on Emergency intakes.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
