Description:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers of our portable restroom services. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling rentals and service calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule new rentals, service requests, deliveries, and pickups

Enter and update customer information, orders, and service details accurately in the system

Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service

Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary

Provide customers with clear information about service

Maintain organized records and follow up on open requests
