A Dishwasher/Busser is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs. An organized individual will excel at this position by keeping a tidy dish area, maintaining organized food storage areas, and assisting with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant, all the while making sure that our customers needs are always met.
Other duties include:
Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care.
Unload delivery truck supplies and place them in the proper storage area.
Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room.
As needed, assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests.
A qualified applicant believes in showing up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work! They must work well with others, be self-motivated, organized and have a great attention to detail.
This job is labor-intensive and very physically demanding. Combos must stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
