The purpose of the Sales Team member is to help the studio grow through membership sales and assist with daily operations. When working you will be the face of the studio as a sales associate. This position would PM shifts (4-8PM) Tu-Fri AND every Sunday 9-3 PM
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch and retail
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must have proficient computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Book and confirm first visits & member sessions
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Participate in special events (health fairs, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
- Other duties as assigned
