Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
We're looking for a motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join our growing team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to learn the carpentry trade, and is looking for a long-term career. You'll work alongside experienced carpenters installing high-quality windows and assisting with a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
No previous carpentry experience is required—we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation of residential and commercial windows
- Help measure, prepare, and install framing and trim
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with demolition and job site preparation
- Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work closely with experienced carpenters to develop your skills
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
