Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator supports daily purchasing activities and inventory management across the organization. This role ensures materials, parts, and supplies are available to support service, installation, and sales operations while helping maintain cost control, organization, and strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- · Assist with purchasing of supplies, equipment, and OEM parts
- · Track inventory levels and help maintain appropriate stock across locations
- · Coordinate and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
- · Work with vendors on pricing, availability, and order status
- · Support inventory transfers between locations
- · Assist in managing obsolete and slow-moving inventory
- · Help stage and organize materials for upcoming jobs
- · Maintain accurate records in inventory/ERP system
- · Collaborate with service, installation, and sales teams
- · Support periodic and year-end inventory counts
Required Qualifications
- · 3+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or related role
- · Basic understanding of inventory control and supply chain concepts
- · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn ERP systems
- · Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- · Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems
- · Experience in dairy, agriculture, or related service industry
- · Familiarity with multi-location inventory environments

Pay: $25.47 - $36.00 per hour
