Position Overview
Kindell Logistics LLC is hiring motivated OTR Non‑CDL Box Truck Drivers to run nationwide freight. This is a 70% contractor position, meaning you keep 70% of the truck’s gross revenue on every load.
You will be responsible for renting your truck through Enterprise Truck Rental and covering your own fuel. We handle dispatching, load booking, and back‑office support so you can stay moving and earning.
Pay Structure
Driver keeps 70% of gross load revenue
Paid weekly via direct deposit
No forced dispatch
High‑paying OTR lanes available
Average weekly gross potential: $6,000–$7,500+ depending on miles and loads
Driver Responsibilities
Rent a box truck through Enterprise (we assist with setup)
Pay for your own fuel
Maintain communication with dispatch
Complete OTR routes safely and on time
Keep logs and documents organized
Maintain truck cleanliness and basic upkeep
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Must be 21+
Clean driving record preferred
Able to pass background check
Must be comfortable driving OTR
Must be able to rent a truck through Enterprise (credit check required)
