Speech Kids NY is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Clinical Fellows (CFs), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide school-based services in Colonial School District during the 2026–2027 school year.

Pay Rates
In-Person Opportunities
- Licensed SLP: $55/hour
- Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed SLP: $65/hour
- Clinical Fellow (CF): $45/hour
- Bilingual CF: $50/hour
- SLPA: $40/hour
- Bilingual SLPA: $45/hour
Virtual Opportunities
- Licensed SLP: $48/hour
- Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed SLP: $53/hour
- Clinical Fellow (CF): $35/hour
- Bilingual CF: $40/hour
- SLPA: $30/hour
- Bilingual SLPA: $35/hour
Schedule
Providers work a 7-hour daily schedule, which includes both direct therapy services and documentation. Pay is based on the hours worked during the scheduled workday.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP and CF positions)
- Delaware SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Spanish-English bilingual providers are encouraged to apply
- Delaware SLPA license/certification (for SLPA positions)
