COMMISSION ONLY — read this first so nobody wastes anybody's time. No base, no salary, and none of the perks that come with a payroll job. If you need a paycheck on the 1st regardless of what you sold, this is not the job. If you can close, it pays better than a base ever would.
WHAT YOU'RE SELLING
We build websites for local businesses — roofers, landscapers, pressure washers, concrete and paver crews. Average deal is $2,500. Range is $1,500 to $8,500.
Here's the part that's different. We build the business owner's new website BEFORE you ever knock on his door. You're not cold-pitching an idea. You're showing a man the actual site we already built for his company, on your phone, and asking what he thinks. That's the whole pitch. No design skills needed. No technical knowledge. No leads to buy.
WHAT YOU MAKE
Commission rises with production. At the $2,500 average deal:
- Starting — 18% — $450 per deal — $3,600/mo at 8 closes
- After 3 closes — 22% — $550 per deal — $4,400/mo at 8 closes
- 8+/mo for 2 months — 26% — $650 per deal — $5,200/mo at 8 closes
- 12+/mo — 30% plus a 5% team override — $750 per deal — $9,000/mo at 12 closes
A $5,000 premium build at 26% pays $1,300 on a single close. Uncapped.
CASH BONUSES ON TOP OF COMMISSION
- Fast Start — $250 for your first 3 collected closes in your first 30 days
- Care Plan — $50 for every care plan still active at 60 days
- Attach Bonus — $300 any month you hit 65% care attach on 5 or more closes
- Top Producer — $500 for the highest collected volume that month
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Previous outside sales experience. You can read a room and ask for the order.
- A read on the in-person model. The pitch lands hardest standing in front of the owner with his new site on your phone — that's the method we teach and it's what our top closers do. How you actually work is yours to decide: your hours, your routes, your methods. We're telling you what works, not assigning you a way to work. If you'd rather run it entirely by phone, that's your call to make.
- Reliable vehicle. You cover your own fuel, phone and expenses — you're running your own business, and it's deductible.
- Self-starter. Nobody is checking your hours. We check closes, not activity.
WHAT YOU GET
- Qualified prospects and a finished demo website for each one. You close.
- Your own hours, your own routes, your own territory. We assign none of it.
- Free to work for anyone else, as long as it isn't a competing web company.
- Paid twice monthly on collected revenue.
THE FINE PRINT, UP FRONT
This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not employment. There is no base salary and no draw. Because you are not an employee, the engagement carries none of the things a payroll job carries — no company-funded medical coverage, no retirement contribution, no vacation or sick pay, no unemployment, no workers' compensation. You'll receive a Form 1099 and you handle your own taxes.
Nobody assigns you a quota and nobody assigns you a territory. What we do require is production: three collected closes in any rolling 90 days keeps your agreement active, and your first 90 days are exempt while you build a pipeline.
Apply through Indeed with a short note on what you've sold and what your best month looked like.
