Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects — from budgeting and scheduling to coordination, execution, and closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
· Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
· Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance and resolve design or field conflicts.
· Lead progress meetings with clients, architects, and engineers.
· Track project milestones, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.
· Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and jobsite compliance.
· Oversee project closeout including final inspections, as-builts, and turnover documentation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
· 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
· Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and scheduling.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar project management software.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
