Job Description:
Facilities Maintenance and Custodian position responsible for performing building and office cleaning, general facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and fleet vehicle care. This role supports daily operations by maintaining clean, safe, and functional facilities.
Locations: Dilley, Three Rivers, Fowlerton (1 position available at each location)
Responsibilities:
- Perform building and office cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
- Assist with general facility upkeep and minor repairs
- Maintain building fixtures and grounds (mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.)
- Unload cases of water and restock beverage coolers
- Restock kitchens with utensils, foam cups, paper towels, and related supplies
- Wash company fleet vehicles and assist with minor vehicle repairs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to perform cleaning and custodial tasks
- Capability to perform minor repairs and facility maintenance
- Physical ability to lift and unload cases of water
- Grounds maintenance skills including lawn mowing
- Basic knowledge of vehicle washing and minor vehicle repairs
- Attention to detail in maintaining clean and organized facilities
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks

Schedule: 5/2
Pay: $16 - $20/hr
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
