What you’ll be doing: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a variety of customer services through application of knowledge of Fristam’s products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls regarding orders, quotes, returns, and general questions about Fristam products
- Enter orders based on quotes and or customer PO’s
- Enter quotes and provide technical feedback to distributors
- Provide customer support including basic sizing and basic troubleshooting of the Fristam product line
- Maintain correspondence with Fristam Germany and other sister companies, as required, for information regarding serial numbers, parts and/or basic technical information
- Support Fristam’s Quality Management System
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in order processing, customer service and telephone skills
- Demonstrated problems solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a high attention to detail
- Ability to learn and understand the pump and sanitary industry requirements
- High level of technical aptitude
Education and Work Experience
- Associates degree in a technical discipline or, in lieu of degree, minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience supporting a technical product line
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
