As a Medicare Enrollment Specialist, you'll guide Medicare beneficiaries through their prescription drug coverage options during the annual enrollment season—helping ensure they receive the healthcare benefits they depend on.

What You'll Do
Every day you'll assist Medicare members by:
- Answering enrollment and benefit questions
- Explaining Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage
- Updating member information accurately
- Navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with members
- Documenting interactions thoroughly
- Providing exceptional customer service while following HIPAA and CMS guidelines

- Remote after training requirements are met
