We are expanding our Medicare sales team and are looking for experienced, licensed agents who are motivated, professional, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Sunrise, Florida.
Position Overview
As a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, you will assist Medicare-eligible individuals by answering inbound inquiries, educating clients on their coverage options, and completing compliant Medicare Advantage enrollments.
This position is ideal for experienced agents who enjoy working in a structured, high-performance environment with qualified sales opportunities provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound Medicare inquiries from prospective clients
- Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage plan options
- Complete compliant Medicare enrollments
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Maintain all CMS and carrier compliance standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process
- Meet individual production and quality goals
- Work collaboratively with management and support staff
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Weekly base pay
- Performance-based commissions
- Production bonuses
- Additional incentive opportunities
Expected annual earnings: $65,000–$2000,000, depending on experience, production, and performance.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours may be available during peak enrollment periods.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License
- Current AHIP 2026 Certification
- Minimum one year of Medicare Advantage sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time in our Coral Springs office
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed in multiple states
- Experience with multiple Medicare Advantage carriers
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Call center sales experience
