Job Summary
Regen Wellness Vitamins is in search of a meticulous, detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day of our online vitamin shop storefront.
In this role, you will ensure our product data is flawless, our backend inventory is perfectly synchronized, orders are precisely managed, and our website offers an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate lives and breathes e-commerce, has impeccable organizational skills, and has a genuine passion for holistic health and functional medicine.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Digital Maintenance
- Product Management: Upload, update, and manage all product listings as we expand our vendor space, ensuring complete accuracy across pricing, tags, and collections.
- Site Quality Assurance: Conduct routine digital checks to ensure a seamless checkout process, perfect automated order/subscription emails, and a flawless post-purchase experience.
- Process Engineering: Evaluate current storefront workflows and build a scalable, documented Company Playbook (SOPs) to guarantee a 99% operational accuracy rate.
Order Management & Revenue Security
- Fulfillment Coordination: Oversee local medical clinic inventory and pick-up orders while mastering and optimizing our high-volume drop-ship vendor workflows using digital automation tools like Spot N Paste.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Shopify Analytics to track store efficiency.
Customer Experience & Marketing Execution
- Elite Customer Service: Act as the empathetic, efficient "voice of the brand" for all order-related inquiries, resolving shipping discrepancies and processing returns according to brand guidelines.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Build, optimize, and segment automated email flows within Shopify Email—including Welcome series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase education, and Win-back campaigns.
- Content Curation: Create highly relevant, cohesive social media posts using Canva and other modern marketing tools to engage our wellness community.
Who You Are (Requirements & Skills)
- E-Commerce Experience: You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Tech-Savvy Optimizer: You comfortably navigate browser extensions, automation tools, and data exports to make digital workflows run like clockwork.
- Obsessively Detail-Oriented: You possess an uncompromising eye for accuracy, spotting data errors, broken links, or fulfillment friction before the customer does.
- Mission-Aligned: You have a personal passion for health, wellness, and functional medicine, allowing you to naturally connect with why our customers care so deeply about our products.
