Manage all phases of ground-up data center construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls

Lead project planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration

Coordinate with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate schedule or budget risks

Oversee the installation and coordination of complex building systems, including critical MEP infrastructure

Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements

Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities
