What You’ll Do:
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, campus networks, and social platforms
- Educate prospective partners on our AI Modeling Associate Program
- Qualify candidates and guide them through the onboarding process
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert interested leads
- Manage your pipeline and track key performance metrics
- Hit weekly onboarding and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Some form of prior experience in sales
- Must be a current U.S. college student
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by performance and earning potential
- Great people skills and comfortable with outreach and handling rejection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, resourceful and good at performing under pressure
- Willingness to adapt, be mentored and coached
