Project Manager (CBS Programs / CBS Agreements Lead)
Location: Falls Church, VA
Summary:
3 Reasons Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary Project Manager within CBS Programs and act as a key lead supporting CBS Agreements. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution while coordinating agreement activities across stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and successful delivery of CBS program objectives. The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination between program leadership, agreements stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Manager for CBS Programs and related initiatives
- Lead execution and coordination of CBS Agreements across stakeholders
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and execution roadmaps
- Track scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables across assigned efforts
- Coordinate with agreements, legal, finance, and program stakeholders
- Facilitate governance meetings, reviews, and status updates
- Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues
- Ensure compliance with program policies, standards, and documentation requirements
- Support leadership reporting and executive-level briefings
- Maintain accurate project and agreements tracking documentation
- Drive alignment between CBS program objectives and execution activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully pass a federal government background investigation
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and stakeholder coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured program environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience with federal or large-scale program environments
- Experience supporting agreements, contracts, or interagency coordination
- Familiarity with program governance and project controls frameworks
