What You’ll Do
This is a sales-focused service position.
You will:
- Run company-provided service appointments (no cold calling)
- Diagnose garage door issues
- Present repair and replacement options
- Close sales on-site
- Perform the repair or coordinate installation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Document jobs with photos and notes
Our system is built to help you succeed — we provide training, pricing structure, and support.
Compensation

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Some Saturdays (rotating)
- Optional 4-day / 10-hour shifts available
Who We’re Looking For
We want people who:
- Are confident talking to customers
- Want to earn based on performance
- Are competitive and goal-driven
- Have strong communication skills
- Show up on time and are dependable
- Can lift 75+ lbs and work with tools
- Have a valid driver’s license
Sales experience is a plus — but not required.
Construction or mechanical background is helpful — but not required.
