Duties
- Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and flair, maintaining consistency
- Oversee food safety standards, proper food handling, and cleanliness protocols in line with regulations
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and cashiering duties accurately
- Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and resolve any concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders as needed, and ensure proper food preparation procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food service standards
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or retail environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
