Ground Crew / Tree Care Laborer (Part-Time)
Trusted Arbor Tree Care is looking for a dependable, hard-working Ground Crew team member to join our growing company.
We're a family-owned tree service based in St. Francis, MN, servicing the Twin Cities and northern suburbs.
This is hard, manual labor. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Wednesday-Friday
- 15-35 hours per week, depending on the workload
- Year-round work (not seasonal)
What You'll Be Doing
- Dragging brush and lifting heavy logs
- Assisting with tree removals and pruning
- Running ropes and helping with rigging
- Feeding the wood chipper
- Operating chainsaws and other heavy equipment
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
Safety is our top priority. We're looking for someone who works smart, follows directions, and helps keep the entire crew safe.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and shows up ready to work every day
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to lift heavy material and perform physically demanding work all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Tree care experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who's eager to learn and grow with the company
