In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring guests experience seamless and memorable arrivals and departures. Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (or hotel-specific overnight hours)
Primary Responsibilities
Guest Assistance
- Welcome late-arriving guests.
- Assist with luggage handling and storage.
- Escort guests to rooms when needed.
- Provide directions and local information.
- Arrange transportation requests, including taxis and car services.
- Assist with guest requests and amenities.
Lobby & Front Entrance
- Monitor lobby and hotel entrance.
- Maintain a professional presence in public areas.
- Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting the hotel.
- Keep luggage storage areas organized and secure.
- Ensure the front entrance, sidewalk, and lobby remain clean and presentable.
Security & Safety
- Conduct scheduled property walks.
- Monitor guest floors and public areas.
- Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns.
- Assist during emergency situations and evacuations.
- Verify access for non-registered visitors in accordance with hotel policy.
Front Desk Support
- Assist overnight front desk agent as needed.
- Deliver guest items and amenities to rooms.
- Process luggage storage tickets.
- Handle wake-up call requests if applicable.
- Support audit preparation and overnight reporting tasks.
Operational Duties
- Complete overnight checklist.
- Restock lobby supplies, coffee station, and guest amenities.
- Prepare luggage storage for morning departures.
- Organize bell closet and storage areas.
- Assist with breakfast setup if applicable.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
